SiMMs is looking for customer service providers to provide top-notch customer service to existing clients that include: Airbnb, Barnes & Noble, Carnival Cruise Line, Comcast, Dick's Sporting Goods, Disney, Intuit, Home Depot, Neiman Marcus, and Walgreens, and others.  Representatives will be responsible for taking inbound calls, handling consumer issues, providing technical support, taking payments, and providing other support as needed.

What do I need to qualify to be a customer service provider?

Successful Background Check

Successfully complete a certification course

Appropriate technical equipment:

  • Desktop or Laptop (hard-wired, NOT Wi-Fi )

  • Landline Telephone (no cellphones)

  • High-Speed Internet

  • Headset

What type of payment will I receive as a customer service provider?

Pay in this area is anywhere from $9/hour to $17/hour, depending on the client you serve.

How often will I be paid as a customer service provider?

Pay is bi-weekly; every two weeks (the 15th and 30th of each month)

 

 

How old do I have to be to start working through your company?

You must be at least 18 years old.
